Stress is one of the main factors that affects the psychological aspect of ones life. Stress serves as the driving force that pushes people to either think Positive or the other way around. Stress is anywhere, it can be in our house, in our school, in our working ground, into the people we interact with, and into ourselves. Though stress is a common reason behind why people act the way they which is a result of how the way they think in negative ways, here are some tips on how to overcome stress to maintain a positive mind.
6 TIPS ON HOW TO OVERCOME STRESS:

- Have enough time to sleep – sleeping with enough time helps your brain to reduce the production of stress hormones otherwise if you lack sleep, your body will continue to produce stress hormones that will make it difficult for you to take a sleep. Remember that sleeping helps yourself to have a peace of mind and engage yourself to a rest that would help you to maintain a positive mind about life.

2. Meditation– it is a way that is commonly used to reduce stress. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that is your mind and that causes you to be stressed. This process is essential in improving your physical and Emotional health and it is also beneficial to maintain a healthy mental being.

3. Socialize and get involve– Getting yourself involve and engage with other people helps you to reduce stress for it for it lightens up your mood and decreases the feeling of depression. It also builds up your immune system and it improves your brain that can lower the risk of having dementia. Having company helps you too ease your problems for it makes you loosen up and enjoy the moment.

4. Provide a journal notebook– it is another technique to overcome or reduce stress to maintain a positive mind is to write your thoughts in your a journal and to reflect from it. Putting your thoughts in words and reflecting from it makes you do right decisions and possible plans to solve the problems that causes you to be stressed. It is also a way to express your negativities.

5. Control your emotions– one of the factors that affect you to feel stress is your emotions. Emotion implies your feelings about the struggles you are suffering into. To solve this factor you must learn how to manage your emotions in various ways and one of these ways is to breathe in and breathe out and think of how would you act right. To achieve and maintain a positive outlook remember to control your emotions and not otherwise.

6. Pray– the most effective way to overcome stress and maintain a positive outlook in life is to pray. Our relationship to God is the best way to ease the burden we are experiencing. Faith is what we should prioritzed and God will help us on the things we need and want. God is our solution and prayer is the only way to achieve that solution.
Stress is just a stress. Always bear in mind that you are bigger than your stress and overcoming it is not impossible.
